Poor blood circulation is impacting the United States like an outbreak, and is slowly moving over to many other countries as well. Many people use poor excuses about why the have poor circulation all while trying to make it sound like it is not their fault. The truth of that matter is that it is your fault!! it starts with how you eat, as well as how often you exercise.



Some of the signs of poor blood circulation that you should look out for would be
