RECIPE:
2 package of beef liver
1 1/2 chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 chopped onions
1/2 copped bell pepper
parsley and thyme
2 Maggie cubes
2 Tablespoon of Haitian spice ( use 1/2 to marinate the liver)
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
1 jalapeno
10 cloves ( poke the cloves in the jalapeno pepper)
1/2 a lime juice
1/3 cup of oil
water ( depending on how much gravy you want)
salt to your own taste
sliced onion ( optional)
