Low Iron: Blood Test Results & Advice?

I talk about my blood test results for Iron, Thyroid & B12. Everything is looking good but my Ferratin was still very low. I feel better just the past few months eating more iron rich foods such as:

-blackstrap molassis
-pumpkin seeds
-dark leafy greens
-oatmeal
-quinoa
-beans

If you had ever had low iron and you were able to bring it back up through diet and not supplementation then please share how you did so below.
