Baan-Yen is the elephant who was recently rescued in Phuket. She appeared very paranoid with her surroundings so she was not lying down to sleep. She looked very weak and exhausted from having to stand to sleep. During the rescue, she had not been on truck for 20 years which made her a little bit scared, but everything went well and now she is in her new home at Phuket Elephant Sanctuary.
