Having skin blemishes or acne can be really tough. I never had an issue with my skin until recently and it was all due to going off the pill! PS my doctor’s recommendation for fixing this was going back on the pill… whhhaatttttt!

I am determined to fix my hormonal imbalance and skin troubles the natural way, I am choosing to do this through my diet, my skincare, supplements and lifestyle changes.
