This video shows me preppy to wash my hair with shampoo (necessary for dandruff treatment), so I also apply a homeblend of pre-poo oil.

(That sounds super fancy, but its just olive-oil for slip, and coconut oil for conditioning)

If you don"t experience problems with shampoo, such as dryness and stripping, skip the oil step.
