There has been a lot of talk about Bamboo Extract and Horsetail on youtube. These supplements contain silica. I think beets and cucumbers also contain silica and beets are a blood builder that can help with anemia that causes hair loss. I will test this out for thirty days to see if there is any improvement in my hair loss.
Update: Stopped taking horsetail after three days. Never opened bamboo extract. Need to do the research on silica before taking any more.
