Focal Fatty Sparing with Mild Fatty Change in Liver by Dr. Mahin

There is a relatively hypoechogenic area seen around the porta-hepatis region in a case of mild fatty change in liver (Grade I). Patient was asymptomatic. Actually it was the only isoechogenic area known as focal fatty sparing area which is a common finding in fatty livers.
