Proteins are the building blocks of the body. So when you loose weight, if you don’t loose guided weight, then you lose muscles more faster than the fat. In that case you have also lost your muscles, that is why you are feeling weak. So it is better to take your dieticians’ guidance and take more proteins and improve the diet plan including the whole cereals, legumes, milk and milk products, dry fruits, sprouts, eggs, lean meat if you are non-veg. So you can make a protein rich diet and I would recommend you to take a proteins supplements as nowadays proteins is not rich in all the foods and if you had fatty liver earlier, the you have to take a detox diet . I would suggest dandelion tablets with milk thistle, there will be a good detoxification of the liver and take those tablets with some doctors or dieticians advise. Also take more of fruit juices and vegetable juices to detoxify the liver. So stay healthy.
